Startup Screen Information

When the program starts, you are presented with a screen which looks like the above image. This screen contains some important information.

On the top left corner of the screen, you will see a small box which contains three lines of text. The first line is the current program version number. The second line contains the date the last simulation was ran. The last line is the expected date of the next simulation.

Also on the screen are two large boxes of text. These boxes contain brief instructions on how to log in and how to create a company. The information in those boxes is similiar to the information provided on this page.

Lastly, in the center of the screen is the box which allows you to create your company and log in. This box serves both purposes. The below sections describe in more detail how to use each feature.

Create a New Company

As mentioned earlier on this page, this box allows you to both log-in to an already existing account and to create a new account. To Create a New Account, simply fill in all 3 text fields and press the New Account button. If there are no conflicts, your account will be created and you will move on to the main screen. For this tutorial, we are creating an account with the username: "test" and the company name: "test"

All new accounts receive a $500,000 loan from the Bank to build their airline with. The loan has the standard 10% Bank Interest, and you will have to pay $100,000 per month until it is fully paid off. Because of this, it is HIGHLY suggested that you create some reasonably profitable Flights before the end of the first in-game month.

After your company has been created a logged in, remember to press the "Save Changes" button on the main screen (see the next tutorial for more information).

Log-In

Logging in is very similar to creating your company. When logging in, you are not required to fill in all of the information. The password is mandatory, but you only need to use your username or your company name. The above image shows us logging in with the company we created earlier. If you are having trouble logging in, attempt to log-in by filling in all of the fields, and check the "Show Password" box to make sure you entered your password correctly. Keep in mind that passwords ARE case-sensitive.

If you have forgotten your password, you will have to contact the administrator through our facebook page to get it reset. Unfortunately, due to the type of password encription we use in the program, even our administrator is unable to retrieve your password. And, since we do not require an email to create a company, you cannot reset your password by yourself.
